Yes, there is a Trixie #40 but it was never published because the series was ended and the manuscript returned. At some point in the 1990s it was copied in a book-like format and made available for reading to about 100 or so fans. It's a great book and based on a true story, as seen below.
I have a rare copy of the book-format manuscript and also a copy of the original manuscript. Too bad it never got published!
